摘要：分析了"工业发酵分析"课程教学的现状与存在的问题,结合生物技术专业的特点,通过改进教学方法、优化课程的理论教学内容,精选实验教学内容,规范实验操作规程,严格执行考核制度等改革措施,显著提高了教学质量,收到了较好的教学效果.
Current situation and problems about the teaching of ＂Industrial Fermentation Analysis＂ course are analyzed. Combining the characteristic of biological technology professional, the author significantly improves teaching quality and receives good teaching effect by a series of reform measures, such as improving teaching methods, optimizing theory content of course, selecting experiment contents, regulating the experimental operation and executing evaluation system strictly.
