摘要:研究过盈量对轮轴结构抗冲击性能的影响,建立了该结构的可靠度的理论计算模型,此外,对该结构的受冲击时的瞬态响应进行了分析,得到了接触处的最大应力、沿轴向和径向位移、端部沿轴向位移,并应用概率有限元方法研究了过盈量的随机性对其抗干扰性能的影响规律.该研究为车辆中相关结构的过盈装配的可靠性设计提供了方法和理论依据.
The effect of the interference of an axle assembly was discussed on its shock resistant ability. A theoretical calculation model was established about the reliability of the structure. The transient responses were analyzed when the assembly was impacted, obtaining the maximum stress, axial and radial displacements at the point of contact, and the axial displacement in axle ends. With the method of probabilistic finite element, the influences of the randomness of its interference were studied on the shock resistant ability of the axle. The research provides a method and theoretical basis for the reliability design of interference assembly structures of the vehicles.
