摘要：大学英语教师发展,具有自己独特的个性,它在知识、技能、素质等方面,都有不同于其他学科的要求,比如大学英语中所表现出的文化多元性、知识结构的丰富性、教学对象的复杂性等,都对其教师发展提出了特殊的要求。因此,研究大学英语教师教育规律,探讨大学英语教师培养模式,对于实现由教师教育向教师发展的转型,具有较为深远的理论意义和实践价值。
