摘要：河南省作为工业化进程中的后发地区,企业的工业化与信息化融合仍未达到令人满意的效果,存在有协调机制不健全、发展环境不完善、资金投入不足等诸多问题。尝试以政府和企业的视角,分别在两化环境建设、差异性融合对策、人才培养体系、第三方信息平台等方面探寻推进策略,以加快河南省的工业化与信息化的融合进程,为走新型工业化道路提供理论支持。
As the post industrial area,the integration of industrialization and informatization of enterprise has not achieved satisfactory results in Henan,There are still many problems in the coordination mechanism,development environment,capital investment and so on.Based on the perspective of government and enterprises,explore the countermeasures to promote the integration of the industrialization and information environmental construction,different fusion strategy,talent cultivation system,the third party information platform and so on respectively,in order to speed up the integration process of industrialization and information in Henan Province,and provide theoretical support for the new road to industrialization.
