摘要:通过比较决明毛状根、无菌实生根及决明子中的有效成分,得知决明毛状根中的可溶性蛋白、水解和游离氨基酸、Fe、Mn、Zn含量均高于实生根和决明子;结合蒽醌、游离蒽醌、粗脂肪、不饱和脂肪酸含量低于实生根及决明子;总糖、还原糖和可溶性糖含量均显著低于实生根;Mg和Ca含量高于实生根,但低于决明子,Cu含量与实生根相当,但低于决明子.这为毛状根的综合利用提供了理论依据,为毛状根培养技术的改进提供了可能的方向.
By comparison of the contents of the effective components in the hairy root,aseptic seedling root and seed of Cassia obtusifolia L.,it has been found that the contents of soluble protein,hydrolysate and free amino acids,Fe,Mn and Zn in the hairy root are all higher than those in the seedling root or in Cassia semens;the contents of conjugated and free anthraquinones,crude fats and unsaturated fatty acids in hairy root are lower than those in the seedling root or in Cassia semens;the contents of total sugar,reducing and soluble sugar in the hairy root are significantly lower than those of the seedling root;the contents of Mg and Ca in the hairy root are higher than those in the seedling root but lower than those in Cassia semens;the content of Cu in the hairy root is comparable to that in the seedling root but lower than that in Cassia semens.These results provide theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization and potential directions for the improvement of the hairy root culture.
