摘要:建立某车型空调通风系统包括叶轮及蜗壳结构在内的多翼离心通风机三维几何模型,完成了多种工况下风机内部三维流场的定常和非定常仿真计算,并进行相应的实验测试,对仿真计算的准确性进行验证。详细分析了多翼离心风机内部随时间变化的速度场、压力场和典型监测点处压力脉动的变化规律,对汽车空调风机的进一步优化提供指导方向。
The full flow field model of a widely used multi-blade centrifugal of HVAC in automobile including the wheel and volute was built,the steady and unsteady numerical simulation of the inner flow in the fan at different working conditions were presented. The numerical simulation results were validated by contrasting to the experiment results. The results display the characteristics of the velocity field,pressure field and pressure fluctuate in the centrifugal fan. The results can provide basis for optimizing the fan design and the internal flow,and have important value of engineering applications in the increase of the overall performance in operation.
