摘要：在经济新常态下,铁路运输面临着市场拓展难度增大、物流服务质量有待提高、大宗物资运量不断下降的发展困境,与此同时,社会物流产业的蓬勃发展给铁路运输带来新的发展机遇,转型现代物流对铁路运输的发展具有重要意义。为此,分别从夯实基础设施建设、改革运输组织、提升"最后一公里"服务水平、加强物流信息化建设、完善人力资源管理5个方面探索铁路运输向现代物流转型的发展路径,为铁路企业的转型发展提供借鉴。
Under the background of economic development into the new normal, railway transport is facing difficulties in market expansion. The logistics service quality needs to be improved, and the transportation of bulk materials is declining. At the same time, the flourish of social logistics industries bring new development opportunities to railway transportation, and transformation of modem logistics has practical significance to railway transportation to obtain a good development. Based on this analysis, the paper explores the development path of railway transportation transforming to modem logistics respectively from five aspects of strengthening infrastructure construction, reforming transportation organization, promoting the ＂last one kilometer＂ service level, strengthening the construction of logistics information, and perfecting human resource management so as to provide references for the railway enterprise transformation.
