摘要:在无溶剂条件下,以苯基硫代膦酰二氯、乙二醇为原料,合成一种新型大分子含硫有机膦阻燃剂。其最适宜的工艺条件为:苯基硫代膦酰二氯与乙二醇的摩尔比=1∶1,在140℃下常压反应3h,然后再减压反应7h,产率为88%。用红外、核磁、热分析,元素分析等对产物进行了表征,并对其阻燃性能进行了研究。
A novel polymeric sulfur-containig organophosphorus flame retardant polyethylene glycol phenylhosphorothioate was synthesized from phenyhhiophosphonic dichloride and glycol under solvent-free condition. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: n(phenyhhiophosphonicdichloride) : n(glycol)= 1 :1, the reaction was carried out under 140℃for 3 h and then at the same temperature under decompressionfor 7 h. The yield was 88%. The chemical structure of the product was characterized by IR, 1 H NMR andelemental analysis. Its thermall degradation behavior and flammability properties were investigated by TG-DTA and oxygen index analyzer.
