摘要：Facing the market's uncertainty and dynamics, enterprises among supply chain should come to "Win-Win" through competition and cooperation. So varied supply partnerships are held together through trust. Trust is the cornerstone of all organizational exchange processes and a fundamental condition for cooperative social and organizational life. In essentially, the formation of enterprise trust mechanism is a evolutionary process of replication- dynamics and evolution game based on bounded rationality. Firstly, this paper analyzed the evolutionary process of enterprise trust, and construct a evolution game model; Then, according to the player's replicated dynamic equation, it should gain an evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) of enterprise trust mechanism; At last, basing on above-mentioned, further reveal the inherence disciplinarian of the process.
