摘要:以固体酸SnCl4·5H2O/C为催化剂,合成了乳酸正丁酯,最佳合成条件为:酸醇摩尔比1∶3,催化剂用量10%(质量分数),反应时间为2 5h,产率92 4%,该催化剂具有制备简单,可循环使用等优点。
The nbutyl lactate is synthesised by reaction of lactic acid with nbutyl alcohol in the presence of solid super acid SnCl4·5H2O/C catalyst.The optimum conditions are as follows:molar ratio of lactic acid to nbutyl alcohol was 1∶3 , reflux reaction time was 2.5 h,mass of catalyst was 10%,the yield of nbutyl lacate reached 92.1%.The catalyst had many advantages,such as easy to be made,feasible to be used repeatedly and so on.
