摘要：当前我国高等教育进入了大众化教育阶段,但大学生就业观呈现出定位过高、观念保守、盲目从众、依赖性强等误区。引导大学生切实转变就业观需要充分发挥高校教育改革和社会的正确引导作用,并合理引导大学生由精英就业观向大众就业观转变。
At-present,higher-education-in-China-has-been-in-stage-of-popularization.-But-there-are-some-misunder-standing-in-employment-concept-of-college-students-such-as-overplacement,conservative-idea,blind-conformity-and-high-dependency.-We-should-guide-students-to-transform-by-full-playing-the-role-of-science-education-reform-in-col-leges-and-universities-and-the-correct-guiding-of-the-society,and-lead-students-from-elite-employment-concept-to-gen-eral-employment-concept.
