摘要:利用有限元技术,根据相关焊接实验,建立了12 mm厚多层多道焊的有限元模型,对两种焊接顺序下残余应力和变形进行了仿真模拟。结果发现,正反方向交替的焊接顺序能有效地减少焊后的残余应力,但对焊接变形影响不大,并得到了多层多道焊的三维焊接应力场和位移场的动态模拟分析方法。
A finite element model of the 12 mm thick multi-layer and butt-welding was created by finite element software. The residual stress and deformation were simulated under two welding sequence. The results show that the welding sequence of alternating positive and negative directions can effectively reduce the residual stress after welding, but has little effect on the welding deformation. And a viable dynamic simulation analysis method of three-dimensional stress and displacement field was obtained in multi-layer butt-welding of mid-thick plates.
