摘要：在可持续发展战略目标的实施过程中，精神文明建设具有十分重要的意义，大力加强精神文明建设，实现社会经济、政治和文化的全面发展是实旆可持续发展的核心内容；大力加强精神文明建设，实现人的全面发展是实施可持续的发展的战关键环节力加强精神文明建设，实现人和自然和谐发展是实施可续发展战略的核心。
Cultural civilization construction plays an important role in the process of implementing sustainable development strategy. Enhancing cultural civilization construction, realizing an overall development in social economy, politics and culture are the chief contents of implementing sustainable development strategy ;enhancing cultural civilization construction,achieving a full development of human beings are the key steps of implementing sustainable development strategy;enhancing cultural civilization construction,achieving a harmonious development between nature and human beings is the core of implementing sustainable development strategy.
