摘要："十一五"期间,河南农民收入在总量方面增长显著,但又有新动向,其一增长结构发生变化,其二增长速度有所放缓,与全国平均水平相比又有独特性。对农民增收问题进行量化分析,总结目前河南农民收入水平、增收现状及特点,分析了目前和今后一个时期河南农民增收面临的问题和挑战,对于寻找"十二五"增加河南农民收入的路径具有重要意义。
In the eleventh five-year plan period,the total income of farmers grew significantly,but there was a new trend： the first,its growth structure changed;the second,the growth slowed down,there existed uniqueness compared with the national average level.Quantitative analysis of increasing peasants＇ income was conducted,the current level of Henan farmer income,income status and characteristics were summarized,the problems and challenge for current and next time were analyzed,it had the important meaning for looking for increasing the income of farmers of Henan Province in the twelfth five-year plan period.
