摘要：中国已经进入老年型社会,人口1.3亿,年递增率3.2%,这无疑给可持续发展带来巨大压力.55岁-70岁的老年人精力尚充沛,称为准老年人.中国准老年人'智识'资源存在着严重的闲置、封闭和浪费.提高准老年人的生活质量,整合准老年人的'智识'为社会作奉献,不仅可以将'压力'转化为'动力',推动可持续发展,而且可以激发老年人的生活热情,创造人生'夕阳'的灿烂辉煌.
Chinese has entered into an agedness time Society in which the ad tolks population is 130 million.The elder ty poputation rises 3.2% each gear. This brings great pressure to the society's developing. the old tolks qrom 55 age to age are in qutt vigour, so they are colled the hay elderly. Nowadays the hay elderly's knowledge an expprienle are wasteel and making use of the hay elderly's knowledge and ergerience can contribnte to the society. these con not only translate the pressare to motivity and promote the continued developing,but also excity the elderly's living qervor. so as to encourage the hay elderly to make another brilliant contribute to the society.
