摘要:为了探究颗粒阻尼在螺旋锥齿轮传动过程中的减振作用,建立了颗粒的接触模型和运动方程,对螺旋锥齿轮进行动力学分析,得出齿轮的运动特性。在离散元软件EDEM中通过离散单元法研究在给定齿轮运动状态下颗粒阻尼的耗能情况,当颗粒粒径相同材料不同时,所用的材料的弹性模量越大,泊松比越小,颗粒的耗能性能越好,阻尼效果越好。当颗粒的材料相同粒径不同时,颗粒的粒径越小,颗粒的阻尼效果越好。为颗粒阻尼技术在螺旋锥齿轮传动中的推广和发展奠定了理论支撑。
In order to explore the damping effect of particle damping in the transmission process of spiral bevel gear,the contact model and motion equation of particles were established,and the dynamic analysis of spiral bevel gear was carried out to obtain the motion characteristics of the gear.The energy consumption of particle damping under the given gear motion was studied by the discrete element method in the discrete element software EDEM. When the particle size of the same material is different,the greater the elastic modulus of the material,the smaller the Poisson ratio,the better the energy consumption performance of the particle,and the better the damping effect. The smaller the particle size is,the better the damping effect is. It provides an important theoretical basis for the application of particle damping technology in spiral bevel gear drive.
