摘要：介绍了图书馆业务外包的发展历程和我国图书馆业务外包的现状，分析了由业务外包产生的一些负面影响，并提出了完善业务外包的对策。
This paper introduces the course of the outsourcing business of library and the present situation of it, analyses some negative influences of the business, several countermeasures for perfecting the business are put forward.
