摘要:随着过滤系统自动化程度的不断提高,对过滤器自动化程度的要求越来越高,该水力驱动全自动过滤器针对目前生产全自动过滤器结构和可靠性方面的缺陷,根据用户要求联合新乡市麒麟机械制造有限公司开发研制了水力驱动全自动过滤器,利用自身的过滤介质驱动,简化了结构、提高过滤器吸污装置的运转可靠性,经用户运行效果良好,并通过了河南省科技成果鉴定,文中介绍了该过滤器的工作原理、结构和设计方法,为自动过滤器设计与进一步研究提供借鉴和参考。
With continuous improvement of automation degree for filtering system,the demand on automated degree is higher and higher for filters.The hydraulic drive automatically filters aimed at defects of present automated filter in structure and reliability.According to the user requirements the hydraulic drive automatic filter was developed with Xinxiang Kylin Manufacturing Co.Ltd,which used its own filtered medium for hydraulic drive.The filter simplified its structure and improved its function reliability for suction device.The running effect is good in user operation and the achievements had been appraised by the Henan science technology commission.The paper introduced the new filter's working principles,structure and design method.It provides the reference and guidance for further researching the automatic filter.
