摘要:Taking one steel corporation's 180t·24.85m's crane as the subject, a 10mm crack of crane is found at under cover plate of north beam by non-destructive. Research and analysis about fatigue life of crack are executed by adopting finite element analysis and damage tolerance design. The analysis results show that crane should be repaired in 2015, which provides a certain reference for routine maintenance, inspection and safe evaluation of crane.
