摘要:针对液压挖掘机机构的运动仿真,建立了其参数化的基于柔性的液压挖掘机非线性动力学有限元分析程序,并对某液压挖掘机的机构进行了有限元分析,得到了其输出端的运动轨迹、速度和加速度曲线,并通过对其机构叠加后的有限元分析结果的分析,研究了其机构叠加后运动范围的变化规律,为复杂设备机构的运动分析提供了方法和依据。
According to movement simulation of the mechanism of the hydraulic excavator,its parameterized nonlinear dynamic computing program of FEA was established based on the flexible mechanics.Its FEA was done,and velocity and acceleration curves of its output were obtained.Moreover,through analyzing the results of FEA,its movement range was studied after mechanism superposition.The study in the paper provides a new method and basis for movement analysis of complex equipments.
