摘要:为提高米曲霉产氨肽酶的活性,对米曲霉CICC2066进行常压室温等离子体(ARTP)诱变处理,通过多轮筛选之后获得一株高产氨肽酶的米曲霉菌株M_(5),氨肽酶活性为241.2 U/mL,较出发的CICC2066提高了1.21倍。经过5次传代培养之后,产酶性能稳定,表明ARTP技术能够有效地提高米曲霉产氨肽酶的活性。
In order to improve the activity of aminopeptinase production by Aspergillus oryzae,Aspergillus oryzae CICC2066 is treated with atmospheric and room temperature plasma(ARTP)mutation theatment.After several rounds of screening,a strain M_(5) with high aminopeptinase productivity is obtained.The aminopeptinase activity is 241.2 U/mL,which is 1.21 times higher than that of CICC2066.After 5 times of subculture,the enzyme productivity is stable.The results show that ARTP technology could effectively improve the activity of aminopeptidase production by Aspergillus oryzae.
