摘要：Ultrasonic elliptical vibration machining is an important branch of the power ultrasonic machining technology, which has a very broad application prospects in the hard and brittle materials processing. The research situation of the ultrasonic elliptical vibration machining system and the latest applications of ultrasonic elliptical vibration machining technology in the turning, boring, drilling, milling, grinding, chemical mechanical polishing (CMP), grinding wheel dressing, surface rolling and welding etc. are summarized. Some advices are put forward about the development trends of ultrasonic elliptical vibration machining technology.
