摘要:本试验以鲤鱼为研究对象进行为期8周的饲养试验,评估日粮添加不同水平的硒(0.25和1 mg/kg)对幼鱼0、30和60 d的生长性能、组织硒沉积和抗氧化性能的影响。本研究选取90条幼鱼,排除性别差异。试验共有3个日粮,1个对照组日粮(硒含量0.01 mg/kg),低硒组日粮(硒含量0.25 mg/kg),高硒组日粮(硒含量1 mg/kg)。结果表明:高硒组鲤鱼在60 d时的平均体重显著高于低硒组(P<0.05),弗尔顿氏丰满系数表明,两组鱼的健康状况良好。在测定的高硒组组织中,硒的沉积主要发生在肾脏和肝脏,而肌肉中的硒沉积水平表明硒对人体健康的污染风险非常低。硒在高硒组组织中的积累水平依次为:肾>肝>肌肉。虽然日粮添加高水平硒对鲤鱼生长性能无负面影响,但肝脏和肾脏的抗氧化指标表明高硒可能会诱发生长期鲤鱼氧化应激。此外,硒的补充水平高于本研究使用的水平时可能会恶化鲤鱼的抗氧化状态。
This experiment took carp as the research object and conducted a feeding experiment for 8 weeks to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation of different levels of selenium(0.25 and 1 mg/kg)on the growth performance,tissue selenium deposition and antioxidant performance of juvenile fish at 0,30 and 60 days.In this study,90 carps were selected to exclude gender differences.There were three diets,one for the control group(0.01 mg/kg selenium content),one for the lowselenium group(0.25 mg/kg selenium content),and one for the high-selenium group(1 mg/kg selenium content).The results showed that the average body weight of carp in the high-selenium group was significantly higher than that in the low-selenium group at 60 days(P<0.05),and the Fulton condition factor indicated that the two groups were in good health.In the highselenium group tissues measured,selenium deposition mainly occurred in the kidneys and liver,while the level of selenium deposition in the muscles indicated that the risk of selenium contamination to human health was very low.The accumulated levels of selenium in the tissues of the high-selenium group were successively:kidney>liver>muscle.Although high dietary selenium had no negative effect on the growth performance of carp,the antioxidant indexes of liver and kidney suggested that high selenium might induce oxidative stress in carp during growth.In addition,supplemental selenium levels above those used in this study may worsen the antioxidant status of carp.
