摘要：依据社区文化管理与物业管理协调发展的辩证关系，分析了社区文化管理的现状和存在的问题，讨论了社区文化管理与物业管理协调发展的途径和方法。指出，只有明确社区文化建设是物业管理的高层次要求，从强化社区居民参与意识、实现文化资源共享、健全相关法规入手，才能加强社区文化管理，提高物业管理水平，创建和谐社区。
According to the dialectical relationship of harmonious development of community culture management and property management, the paper exprounds the way and method of the harmonious development of the two, and analyzes the current situation and problems of community culture management. Only to explicit that community culture management is the high-class requirement of property management, starting from improving the citizen＇s participant consciousness, realizing to share the culture resources together and perfecting the interrelated rules and regulations, it will strengthen community culture management and improve the level of property management to construct a harmonious community.
