摘要:程序性死亡因子1(programmed cell death-1,PD-1)是非常重要的免疫抑制性受体分子之一,其配体为PD-L1和PD-L2(PD-Ls)。PD-1/PD-Ls通路传递负免疫信号,导致机体免疫功能衰竭或免疫抑制,是慢性或持续性病毒感染、肿瘤性疾病和自身性免疫疾病的重要致病机制之一,阻断PD-1/PD-Ls通路可以逆转或恢复衰竭淋巴细胞的免疫功能。因此,开展PD-1/PD-Ls通路在相关疾病中的致病机制研究,对其防控和治疗均具有重要的意义。现综述PD-1/PD-Ls通路的特性及其在猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、猪圆环病毒病和猪瘟、牛白血病和牛边缘无浆体病、鸡马立克病、鸡疱疹病毒Ⅱ型和鸡传染性法氏囊病、犬利什曼原虫病和犬肿瘤性疾病等相关疾病中的研究进展与效应机制,以期为相关疾病的治疗和防控提供新的治疗靶点和策略。
Programmed cell death-1(PD-1)is one of the most important immunosuppressive receptor molecules.Its ligands are PD-L1 and PD-L2(PD-Ls).The PD-1/PD-Ls pathway transmits negative immune signals,leading to immune failure or immunosuppression.It is one of the most important pathogenic mechanisms of chronic or persistent viral infections,cancer diseases and autoimmune diseases.Blocking PD-1/PD-Ls pathway can reverse or restore the immune function of exhausted lymphocytes.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the pathogenesis of PD-1/PD-Ls pathway in related diseases for the prevention,control and treatment in animals.This review summarizes the characteristics of PD-1/PD-Ls pathway and its research progress in porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine circovirus diseaseⅡ,classical swine fever,bovine leukaemia,bovine anaplasmosis,chicken Marek?s disease,gallid herpesvirusⅡ,infectious bursal disease,Leishmaniasis canis and canine tumor diseases.To further explains the mechanism of immune pathogenesis of animal immunosuppressive diseases,and provides new therapeutic targets for the treatment and prevention of these diseases.
