摘要:采用ICP法测定了济源太行山区濒危植物矮牡丹植物体内及生境土壤中10种矿质元素含量,分析了矿质元素在矮牡丹体内的分布规律及矮牡丹对土壤中各种矿质元素的富集能力。结果表明,矿质元素在植物体内的含量大多以叶片、根中最多,叶柄中最少,矮牡丹对K、Cu、Zn、Cd等元素具有较强的吸收富集能力。元素间相关分析表明,K与绝大多数矿质元素间存在负相关,Mg、Zn、Cd与其他元素间相关性不显著,而Fe、Mn、Pb、Cu、Ni、Cr间具有极显著正相关性。此外,对植物体内元素含量与生境土壤中元素含量进行相关性分析,结果表明植物体内各部位之间表现出极显著正相关性,而土壤与植物体之间相关性不显著。
The contents of mineral element in Paeonia suffruticosa var. spontanea in Jiyuan were determined by ICP, and the distribution characteristics, accumulation indies were also investigated. The results showed that the contents of the tested 10 kinds of mineral elements in leaf and root were higher than those in stem and petiole. It also showed that the plant had active absorption ability to K, Cu, Zn, Cd. There were significant positive correlation among Fe, Mn, Pb, Cu, Ni and Cr, no significant correlation between Mg, Zn, Cd and the other minerals. A negative relation was detected between K and the other minerals tested. In addition, significant positve correlation in mineral contents was found between root, stem, petiole and leaf, but no significant correlation between soil and plant.
