摘要:基层人力资源流失已经成为制约酒店业发展的瓶颈,探究其流失原因有助于为解决问题提供依据。运用职业社会学理论,从社会转型、社会经济、社会文化和行业特性等维度研究酒店基层人力资源流失原因。建议酒店采取物质激励、改进管理体制,加强人本管理,营造社会尊重服务精神的氛围,增加晋升渠道,加强培训,建设智慧型酒店,加强精神激励等措施留住基层员工。
The outflow of junior staff has become the bottleneck of the development of hotel industry, explore the outflow reasons help to provide basis to solve problems. Using profession sociology theory ,explore the outflow reasons of hotel junior staff from social transformation, social economic, social cultural and industry characteristics imensions. Recommend the hotel to take measures to retain junior staff: material incentive, improve the management system, strengthen the humanistic management, create a social atmosphere to respect the spirit of service, increase the promotion channel, strengthen training, intelligent hotel construction, strengthen the spiritual motivation ,etc.
