摘要：配送中心在商品集散方面发挥着巨大作用,建立配送中心从数量确定、地理位置选址、规模确定、具体建设、运营体系建立到建立后的效益评估,涉及很多方面,配送中心面积的大小关系到后期合作伙伴的寻找、仓库资源的寻找,更为重要的是配送中心的运营是否能够满足客户需求、是否能够节约仓储费用、是否能够有效控制库存都与配送中心规模大小密切相关。
Distribution center plays an important role in commodity distribution. It is related to many aspects to establish distribution center from determining the number, location, scale, concrete construction, operation system to the performance evaluation after establishment. The area of distribution center is related to look for partners, warehouse resources in the later period. More important is that whether the operation of distribution center can meet the needs of customers, whether it can cut down the storage cost, whether it can effectively control the inventory. All of these are closely related to the scale of distribution center.
