摘要：根据应用生物技术专业的特色和学生的特点,精选化工原理课程教学内容,突出工程意识培养。在教学方法和实验教学环节上进行改革尝试和实践,以期收到良好的效果。
Principles of chemical engineering is the main major basic course in applied biology technology. According to speciality feature and students characteristic, it must be decided in course teaching content, in order to train students’ the engineering awareness in course teaching. The reform and innovation to the teaching means and the experiment, the upstanding effect will be achieved.
