摘要:针对医用镁合金在生理环境下降解过快的问题,用化学转化法在镁合金表面制备了氟化镁涂层,以减缓镁合金血管支架的降解速率。分析了HF酸浓度、处理时间对转化涂层的成分、脆性以及耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,氟化镁涂层的厚度随HF酸处理时间延长而增大,但脆性也增大;较高的HF酸浓度下涂层的脆性较低,耐腐蚀性较好;HF酸浓度为40%、处理6 h后所得涂层具有最好的综合性能。
In order to reduce the degradation rate of magnesium alloy stents,magnesium fluoride coating was prepared on the surface of magnesium alloy by chemical conversion.The effects of hydrofluoric acid concentration and treatment time on the composition,brittleness and corrosion resistance of the coatings were investigated.The results indicate that the thickness of magnesium fluoride coating is increased with the treatment time,while the brittleness is also increased.In addition,the brittleness of the coating in a higher hydrofluoric acid concentration are lower,so the corrosion resistance presents better.The coating presents the satisfied comprehensive performance with hydrofluoric acid concentration of 40%at treatment of 6 h.
