摘要:研究缩口件过渡段变形成形机理。将宏观塑性理论的能量法及矢量分析解法相结合,建立了缩口件不同过渡形式的克服总能量的理论模型,通过对不同过渡形式的铜管缩口实验,验证了理论模型的准确性,此外,依据所建立的理论模型,分析了不同过渡形式对成形的影响,可知,直线段过渡所克服阻力最小,凹圆弧过渡所克服阻力最大,在此基础上,给出了缩口件过渡优化策略,并通过实验验证了策略的有效性。得到的变形规律可为精密缩口工艺控制提供了方法和依据。
The deformation mechanism of the transition form of the necking part was studied. Combining energy method and vector analysis method of macroscopic plasticity theory,a theoretical model for overcoming total energy in different transition forms of necking parts was established. The accuracy of the theoretical model was verified by experiments of copper tube necking with different transition forms. In addition,according to the theoretical model established,the influence of different transition forms on forming was analyzed. It is known that the resistance overcomed by straight-line transition is the smallest and that by concave-arc transition is the largest. On this basis,the transition optimization strategy of necking parts was presented,and the effectiveness of the strategy was verified by experiments. The obtained deformation law can provide a method and basis for precise necking process control.
