摘要:碳基润滑材料是以石墨为主料,添加起特定作用添加物将其分散到水中制得稳定的悬浮体。为起到"自适应"修复作用,加入抗氧化剂和受热后可释氮、释硅前驱物,使用过程中释放氮和硅起屏蔽空气作用,加入物和释放的硅和氮可与基体和涂料中的碳和硅原位生成β-SiC和Si3N4,从而对滑板工作面起修复作用。将研究使石墨超细化达至纳米尺度并进行表面改性技术:固含量、粒度分布、环境因素对涂料流变性能的影响;涂料组成对滑板热态润滑性、抗氧化性的影响,分析涂料和滑板组分的反应过程及对显微结构和性能的影响,对释氮、释硅反应及此后发生的原位反应进行热力学和动力学分析,揭示涂料的"自适应"修复机理。我们以石墨和纳米碳黑为主要原料研制了一种新型碳基滑板涂料。结果表明:该研制碳基润滑涂料能在滑板表面形成一层保护膜,提高滑板的高温抗氧化性能;所添加的纳米碳黑等碳材料与滑板中的残余单质硅发生反应,可改善滑板的显微结构。
To increase service life of sliding plates for molten steel flow control,the wear and carbon oxidation at high temperature must be reduced,for which a specific carbon based coating material is applied. The carbon based lubricating material for this project refers to a suspension to be used as coating,using graphite as the main raw material,dispersed in water as media and added with additives for specific purposes. For ' self adaptive' repairing effect,antioxidants and precursors which,when subjected to heating,can release nitrogen and silicon to inhibit the intrusion of air,are added,and the additives and the released silicon and nitrogen can react with the carbon and silicon in the coating and the sliding plate to form in situ β-SiC and Si3 N4 to result in a repairing effect on the working surface. This research program consists of ultrafine grinding of graphite down to nano-sizes and surface modification for good hydrophilicity,investigations on the effects of solid content,PSD and environmental factors on the rheological behaviors of the suspension,the influence of coating material composition on lubrication and antioxidation of the sliding plate at elevated temperatures,the analysis of the reaction processes among the components in the coating and the plate and their connections with microstructure and properties,the kinetic-thermodynamic analysis of N- and Si-releasing reactions and the followed in situ reactions,and the reveal of the high temperature ' self adaptive' repairing mechanism. With nano-carbon black and flake graphite as a raw material,the coating for sliding plate was prepared. The results indicated that the development coating can form a dense protective layer on the surface of sliding plate,and improve the high temperature oxidation resistance property. The nano-carbon black of coating can react with the residual silicon powder in the sliding plate,and it can be improve the microstructure of the Al2 O3-ZrO2-C slide plate.
