摘要:采用盆栽试验,以不加Pb处理为对照(CK),探讨不同浓度Pb处理对白鹤芋生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:随着Pb2+浓度的提高,白鹤芋叶、茎、根的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量总体呈先上升后下降趋势,但均高于CK;丙二醛含量呈现持续上升趋势,最大值比CK高138.6%。Pb2+≤1 000 mg·kg-1时,白鹤芋叶、茎、根的过氧化物酶活性均高于CK;Pb2+>1 000 mg·kg-1时,则过氧化物酶活性均低于CK。白鹤芋的光合系统、抗氧化酶活性和膜系统等指标对Pb胁迫的反应较为灵敏,可作为评估Pb胁迫危害程度的指标。
The effects of different concentrations of lead on physiological and biochemical indexes of Spathiphyllum kochii plants were studied by pot experiments, using untreated plants as the control (CK). The results showed that under increasing concentra- tions of lead exposure, the soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline contents of leaves, stems and roots were increased first and then decreased, but were still higher than those of the CK plants. On the other hand, the malondialdehyde (MDA) content in- creased continuously to reach its maximum value that was 138.6% higher than the CK. When the lead concentration was ~〈 1 000 mg ~ kg-1 , peroxidase activity from the leave, stem and root tissues were higher than the CK. When the lead concentration was〉 1 000 mg ~ kg-1 , lower peroxidase activities were observed in the same tissues of treated plants vs. CK. The photosynthetic system, antioxidant enzyme activity and membrane system of S. kochii plants were more sensitive to lead stress and therefore, the changing parameters can be taken as indicators in evaluating the damage caused by heavy metal stress.
