摘要:环烯醚萜苷是传统名贵药材地黄中的主要活性成分,具有重要的药理活性。环烯醚萜苷的生物合成在长春花中研究最早也最成熟,而地黄中的环烯醚萜结构与长春花等植物有所不同,近十年来地黄中环烯醚萜苷的生物合成研究逐渐增多。阐明地黄中环烯醚萜苷的生物合成途径具有重要意义。该文对地黄中环烯醚萜苷的生物合成途径、关键酶和基因及其合成调控的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为深入研究提供参考。
Iridoids glycosides, the main active components of Chinese traditional valuable medicinal herb Rehmannia glutinosa, have important pharmacological activities. The biosynthesis of iridoid glycosides researches was first carried on Catharanthus roseus,and many achievements was obtained. However, the structures of iridoid glycosides in Rehmannia glutinosa are different from those in Catharanthus roseus and other plants, and the biosynthesis of iridoid glycosides in Rehmannia glutinosa has gradually increased in the past decade. To clarify the biosynthetic pathway of iridoid glycosides in Rehmannia glutinosa has important theoretical significance and broad application prospects. This paper reviewed the research progress on the biosynthetic pathway of iridoids, key enzymes and genes in R. glutinosa and their regulation. We expect this review could provide reference for further studies on iridoids biosynthesis.
