摘要:通过对扣合盖简要分析后确定模具总体结构,并利用Pro/E软件设计了一套扣合盖注射模具;详细介绍了成型零部件和侧滑块的设计过程以及一些软件使用注意事项和技巧;最后指出采用Pro/E软件来实现注射模具三维设计,可以缩短模具设计周期和降低设计成本。
The overall structure of the mould through the brief analysis of snap-cover was determined, and snap-cover injection mould was designed. The designing process of the forming parts and the side-slider was introduced in detail, as well as some using notes and skills of the Pro/E software. At last,it was pointed out that adopting Pro/E to design 3D mould could short the period of mould design, and it also could decrease the designing cost.
