摘要：司法认知作为一项证据规则，在世界各国被广泛运用。司法认知对于免除当事人举证负担，节约诉讼时间和成本、提高诉讼效率等有重要意义。我国三大诉讼法没有明确规定这一规则。我国在将来的立法中应当建立司法认知规则，明确司法认知事项，设立科学的司法认知体系。
As an important evidential rule, Judicial notice is applied to judicatory practice in many countries all over the world. Judicial notice is of vital importance to exempt the party from the burden of proof, spare the cost of action and enhance the efficiency of action. This article puts forward several suggestions as to how to establish the system of judicial notice in legislation in China.
