摘要：谷氨酰胺是一种特殊的氨基酸，不仅有营养作用，而且药理作用也愈来愈受到人们的广泛关注。它是核酸、核苷酸和蛋白质的重要前驱物、有促进免疫、维持肠道机能等功效，具有提高机体抵抗力的药理作用。谷氨酰胺的合成可以由L-谷氨酸制得，但现在多采用微生物的发酵作用制得。
As a special amino acid ,glutamine has a great nutrient function .It's pharmacological effect has also more and more gotten attention .Glutamine is an important precursor of nucleic acids, nucleoticles amino sugars and proteins. It can enhance the immune function, maintain the integrity of the intestine mucosa ,and also play an important role in catabolic illness .Glutamine can be made from L- Glutamic acid and at present is usually made from microbial fermentation
