摘要：学前教育质量的高低,取决于学前教育教师队伍的素质。在幼儿园管理中,正式契约不可能全面规范双方的权利与义务。为更好地进行校园管理,就需要心理契约来进行补充。本文通过引入心理契约理论谈幼儿教师管理策略。
Quality of preschool education is depending on the quality of pre-school teachers. In kindergarten management, the formal contract can not be comprehensively regulate the rights and obligations of both parties. To better manage campus, you will need to supplement the psychological contract. This paper discusses kindergarten teachers' management strategy by introducing the psychological contract theory.
