摘要:为了探讨稀土氧化物(Y2O3)对铝合金磷化处理过程的影响,采用SEM,EDS,交流阻抗及FTIR方法,对以Y2O3为添加剂的铝合金磷化的促进机理及成膜过程进行了研究。结果表明:Y2O3具有良好的载氧能力和阴极去极化作用,一方面Y2O3改变了铝合金的腐蚀反应动力学,电极表面生成的磷化膜阻碍了电子在铝合金表面的吸附与传输,一定程度上抑制了阴极反应,导致阴极电流密度下降;另一方面在成膜过程中使电极电位达到稳定的时间提前,成膜电流密度增大,成膜速度加快。
Y2O3,one kind of rare earth oxide,was introduced as an additive into the phosphate conversion fluid of aluminium alloy to prepare phosphate conversion coating. The effect of Y2O3on the film-forming process of the phosphate conversion coating was investigated based on scanning electron microscopic analysis,energy dispersive spectrometric analysis,and Fourier transform infrared spectrometric analysis as well as alternating current impedance spectroscopic measurement. It was found that Y2O3possessed good capacity to transport oxygen and depolarize cathode polarization. On the one hand,Y2O3led to change in the corrosion reaction kinetics of Al alloy, while the conversion coating formed on electrode surface retarded the adsorption and transmission of electrons on Al alloy surface. As a result,the cathode reaction was inhibited to some extent,and the cathode current density was reduced. On the other hand,Y2O3was able to reduce the time for the electrode potential to reach steady thereby increasing film-forming current density and accelerating film formation.
