摘要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征（PRRS）是一种由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（PRRSV）引起的母猪繁殖障碍和新生仔猪呼吸道症状的病毒性传染病,给全球的生猪养殖者造成了巨大的经济损失,严重危害我国养猪业的健康发展。目前接种疫苗仍是预防PRRS的最重要措施之一,但由于PRRSV变异株的不断出现,PRRSV的快速进化或重组,导致其遗传多样性增加,传统的疫苗已经不能满足需求。因此,迫切需要开发更安全、可靠、高效和针对性强的PRRS疫苗。文章主要对重组亚单位疫苗、DNA疫苗、活载体疫苗、基因缺失疫苗和合成肽疫苗等新型基因工程疫苗的研究进展作一综述,以期为我国PRRS的防控提供理论参考。
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome（PRRS） is a viral infectious disease caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus（PRRSV） in sows and respiratory symptoms of newborn piglets. The disease has caused huge economic losses to pig breeders all over the world,and seriously endangers the healthy development of pig industry in China. Vaccination is still one of the most important measures to prevent PRRS,but due to the emergence of PRRSV variants,rapid evolution or recombination of PRRSV,increased genetic diversity,the traditional vaccine has not been able to meet the demand. Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a safer,more reliable,efficient and highly targeted PRRS vaccine. The research progress of recombinant subunit vaccine,DNA vaccine,live vector vaccine,gene deletion vaccine and synthetic peptide vaccine are reviewed in this paper. The aim is to provide a theoretical reference for the prevention and control of PRRS in China.
