摘要:以氯化钙、硝酸钙分别和碳酸钠反应制备纳米碳酸钙,研究反应温度、反应浓度和钙盐种类对碳酸钙粒度、吸附性能的影响。结果表明,氯化钙参与制备的最佳工艺条件为:反应物浓度均为2 mol/L,反应温度为40℃。在同样的反应条件下,硝酸钙参与反应可制备粒度较小的碳酸钙。扫描电镜显示试样形貌为层状和块状,一次粒度约为100 nm。硝酸钙和碳酸钠反应制得的碳酸钙吸附性能好于氯化钙同碳酸钠制得的碳酸钙。
The nano calcium carbonate is made from calcium chloride and calcium nitrate reacting with calcium carbonate respectively, the influence of temperature, concentration and calcium salt species on particle size and adsorption performance is studied. The results show that the best conditions of the preparation process with calcium chloride are as follows: concentration of reactants were 2 mol/L, the reaction temperature is 40℃. Calcium nitrate participating in the reaction,smaller particle size of calcium carbonate can be prepared under the same reaction conditions. SEM photographs show that the shape of the sample is stratiform and bulk,the primary particle is about 100 nm. The adsorption ability of calcium carbonate made from calcium nitrate and sodium carbonate is better than that from calcium chloride and sodium carbonate.
