摘要：分析了现行化学师范专业培养模式和化学师范专业就业现状,研究了转型背景下化学师范专业培养模式,提出了以强化教师教育为主和以对学生进行多元化教育为辅的培养策略。通过构建模块化的课程体系和设置特色师范课程提高学生从事化学教育和化学相关行业工作的素质和能力。
The current training mode of chemistry teachers爷major and the employment status of chemical teachers were analyzed in this paper.The training modes of chemistry teachers爷major under the background of transformation were studied.The training strategy of focusing on strengthening teachers爷education and taking students爷diversified education as a supplement was put forward.The quality and ability for the students to work in chemical education and chemical industry later were improved by building a modular curriculum system and setting up a special curriculum.
