摘要：博客以其超文本链接、网络互动、动态更新等特点迅速普及并受到广泛欢迎。但随之也带来了新的著作权问题,其实质是权益的不平衡。解决这方面的问题需要从博主的自我保护意识、博客网站的自律保护和创新法律等多方面着手。
Blog has rapidly spread and has been widely welcomed with features of its hypertext links, the network interaction and dynamic updating. But Blog also brings new copyright issues, the substance of which is the imbalance in rights and interests. To solve this problem, we need to strengthen self-protection awareness of the blogger, and pay attention to self-protection of blog sites and innovation in law.
