摘要：图书乱架是高校图书馆在开架借阅中存在的突出问题,通过强化图书馆工作人员管理育人的观念、加大对读者的教育引导,以及因地制宜的加强图书馆硬件建设等措施,可以较好的解决图书乱架问题。
