摘要：分析了图书馆长期存在的劣才驱逐良才的"格雷欣效应"给图书馆事业发展造成的危害,对"格雷欣效应"在图书馆的表现形式及发生原因进行了总结,并提出了相应的消解对策。
This paper analyzes the harmfulness caused by the long-standing Gresham s Effect known as ＂the bad will purge the good＂on the development of the libraries,sums up the forms and reasons of the Gresham s Effect in the library,and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
