摘要:舰载武器系统是海上军事装备的重要组成部分,受到海洋气象条件和船舶自身振动的影响,舰载武器系统(如机枪、导弹等)的射击精度、稳定性、可靠性等都存在一定的技术难题。因此,研究舰载武器发射过程的动力学特性有重要意义。ADAMS是一种专门用于机械系统动力学分析的软件,利用其先进的虚拟样机技术,ADAMS可以实现机械结构动力学的精确分析。本文基于ADAMS软件建立了舰载机枪的柔性模型,同时综合利用多体系统动力学和结构设计理论,对舰载机枪的刚柔耦合发射动力学进行系统研究,并对该类型舰载机枪的总体设计进行优化。
Ship-borne weapon system is an important part of maritime military equipment, affected by marine meteorological conditions and ship vibration, ship-borne weapon system(such as machine guns, missiles, etc.) the shooting accuracy,stability, reliability and so there are some technical problems. Therefore, it is important to study the dynamic characteristics of ship-borne weapon launching process. ADAMS is a kind of special used for dynamic analysis of mechanical system software, using its advanced virtual prototype technology, accurate analysis of minute and ADAMS can realize mechanical structure dynamics. Based on the ADAMS software to establish a flexible model of ship-borne gun, and comprehensive utilization of the design theory of multi-body system dynamics and structure, the rigid flexible coupling of ship-borne gun firing dynamics were studied, and optimized the overall design of this type of Ship-borne gun.
