摘要:节能与环保已成为汽车界关注的两大重要问题,为改善纯电动公交车的节能潜力,提出了一种基于优化驾驶员响应的纯电动公交车控制策略,以实现整车续驶里程的提高.利用Isight优化平台中的自适应模拟退火算法,实现对整车控制策略中的驾驶员油门踏板映射曲线、制动踏板映射曲线及整车动力电池充电系数的优化.结果表明:在中国典型城市公交工况下,车辆较优化前的百公里电耗降低了6.38%;0-50 km/h的加速时间和15 km/h的爬坡能力分别提高了4%和3.03%;同时引入快速控制原型测试,验证了该控制策略优化的有效性.
Energy saving and environmental protection have become two important issues concerned by the automotive industry. In order to improve the energy saving potential and to increase its electric range,a control strategy for a pure electric bus is proposed based on optimizing the response of the driver. By means of the adaptive simulated annealing algorithm in Isight platform,the mapping curves of both the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal,and the charging coefficient of the power battery are optimized in the strategy. The simulation results show that,under the typical driving cycles of the urban bus in China,the electric-energy consumption per 100 km of the vehicle reduces by 6. 38 %,its acceleration time of 0-50 km/h shortens by 4 % and its climbing ability increases by 3. 03 %. The effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by introducing a test of the rapid control prototype( RCP).
