摘要:本文针对虚拟制造技术建模中曲面拟合的问题,将线性回归方法中的LMedS随机参数估计算法应用于曲面建模的过程中,在优化点云数据的基础上实现了三维模型的曲面拟合,并在OpenGL环境下自主编程实现。实验时针对机械制造业中的桁架门式起重机进行三维建模,结果表明:与现有基于NURBS(非均匀有理B样条)曲面拟合方法相比,该方法所建立的虚拟三维模型细节更为逼真,可较好的应用于虚拟制造领域。
Focusing on the surface fitting of modeling issue in vir- tual manufacturing, the LMOdS ( Least Median of Squares) random pa- rmneter estimation in linear regression method was introduced, 3D surface fitting was performed based on optimized point cloud data and progrmnming was implemented in OpenGL. The experiment was aimed al modeling a girder truss gantry crane, which was used in machinery mamffacturing industry. The experimental resuhs showed that the virtual model was vivid in details comparing with existing NURBS method, and this method can be well applied in virtual manufacturing.
