摘要:为了提高SBS、SBR聚合物改性沥青的热贮存稳定性、改善低剂量SBS、SBR改性沥青的针入度指标体系性能与流变特性,同时提高OMMT/ZnO改性沥青的高低温性能与流变性能。将纳米OMMT/ZnO与SBS、SBR聚合物进行复配,基于老化前后的针入度体系试验和流变特性试验对复合改性沥青稳定性、老化性能、高低温性能与流变特性进行评价,基于三大路用性能试验、浸水APA试验与MMLS1/3试验评价了纳米OMMT/ZnO复合聚合物改性沥青混合料的水温稳定性与长期稳定性。结果表明:掺加纳米OMMT/ZnO纳米改性剂能够提高复合改性沥青高温稳定性、低温延展性与自愈合弹性恢复性能;同时改善聚合物改性沥青的热贮存稳定性和抗老化性能,同时掺入SBS、SBR与OMMT/ZnO能够实现两种改性剂对沥青高温性能和流变性能改善的叠加作用;3.5%SBS与4%OMMT/ZnO复合改性沥青混合料的抗疲劳变形性能和水温稳定性满足极端。
In order to improve the compatibility and thermal storage stability of SBS and SBR polymer modified asphalt,and improve the high and low temperature performance and rheological properties of OMMT/ZnO modified asphalt,the nano OMMT/ZnO and SBS and SBR polymers are used for compounding,the penetration tests before and after aging and rheological properties test are carried out to evaluate the stability,aging performance,high and low temperature performance and rheological properties of the composite modified asphalt,and the three major road performance tests,immersion APA test and MMLS1/3 test are conducted to evaluate the water temperature stability and long-term stability of the nano-OMMT/ZnO composite polymer modified asphalt mixture.The results show that the addition of nano-OMMT/ZnO nano-modifier can improve the high-temperature stability,low-temperature ductility,and self-healing elastic recovery properties of composite modified asphalt,at the same time can improve the thermal storage stability and anti-aging properties of polymer-modified asphalt.Adding SBS,SBR and OMMT/ZnO simultaneously can achieve the additive effect of two modifiers on the improvement of asphalt high temperature performance and rheological performance.The fatigue deformation resistance and water temperature stability of 3.5% SBS and 4% OMMT/ZnO composite modified asphalt mixture meet the requirements for extreme conditions.
