摘要:以抗病南瓜种质482-2的种子为起始材料,通过对组培条件下的培养基筛选试验,建立离体快繁技术体系。结果表明:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L是南瓜子叶诱导不定芽的适宜培养基,不定芽在MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L培养基中增殖系数能够达到4.0,在MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L培养基上不定芽生根率达到83.3%。再生小植株经驯化、移栽,成活率可达95%。
Took the seeds of disease resistant pumpkin germplasm 482-2 as the initial material, rapid propagation in vitro was performed by medium selecting. The result showed that the suitable medium for pumpkin adventitious buds regeneration from cotyledon was MS medium supplemented with BA 1.0 mg/L, on the medium of MS supplemented with BA 1.0 mg/L, the multiplication rate was 4.0, and on the rooting medium of MS supplemented with IBA 0.2 mg/L, radication rate reached 83.3%. After acclimatization and transplantation, the regenerated plantlets' survival rate was 95%.
